Have enjoyed using this unit for several years. Location and outlook are especially appealing to us as my mother lives close by in Magnus Street. The unit is looking 'tired' and while our needs are not at the high end, I would say that the lounge is feeling like it needs a clean, the shower door is still broken (has been for a couple of years now) and the table runner could be changed - getting manky! Despite these comments, we would like to rent again in Dec 2021/Jan 2022. Thanks Margaret

Great location and can walk around the back to access the beach. Nice and close to the shops too. When we arrived there were a few cockroaches and lots of ants around the kitchen and the shower door was broken, but after a thorough clean we managed to get rid of the pests for the rest of the stay. Being on the ground level also meant that it was reasonably cool, which was good as there is no air conditioning and when we stayed it was 36 degrees plus. All in all, for the amount that we paid the property was decent, and the location was a good bonus
The unit was as described and in a good location. Easy walk into town. Lounge was rather soft/sinky. Would stay again :)
