Fingal Bay Sanctuary is the perfect place to stay, relax and unwind for your next trip to the bay!
The unit has a great living area with the comforts of a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and smart TV. A renovated kitchen has complete cooking facilities, as well as a family size fridge / freezer. Opening off the living area is the alfresco with a leafy outlook and additional outdoor shower, there is a BBQ provided.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds- all bedrooms feature a ceiling fan- the main bathroom has a shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.
There is a single car parking space within the complex, please note the garage is not available for parking- there is also on street parking. The internal laundry features a top load washing machine, dryer as well as an additional shower and toilet.

This property does include sheets and towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows and blankets.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Nice place to stay, everything you need. Set back a bit from the beach about 8min walk. We enjoyed our stay.
