Unit 2 Fingal Court is a fantastic two-bedroom unit and located only 300 metres from the beautiful waters of Fingal Bay beach, children's playground and Fingal Bay Surf Club, the unit is also in walking distance to local cafes, Fingal Bay Sports Club, restaurants and the main street of Fingal Bay.
The unit is tastefully furnished and has a fantastic living area with the comforts of a ceiling fan, wall mounted SMART TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a fresh renovated, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, electric hotplates, microwave and air fryer, the kitchen also has a family size fridge / freezer.
The main bedroom has a luxurious King bed and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has two Single Beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, large vanity, and toilet. The laundry is located externally from the unit off the courtyard and has a washing machine provided, the unit also has one undercover car space at the back of the complex.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
