A double garage, laundry with a front loader washing machine and workshop/ storage area is located on the ground level, up 12 stairs to the middle level which has the fantastic open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with a large SMART TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. This area opens out to the north facing balcony with alfresco dining facilities and a Weber gas BBQ. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and a DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
Two single bedrooms and the main bathroom are also located on this level, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Up 14 stairs and you will be in the huge master bedroom, this room has magical water views, a SMART TV, huge ensuite and fold out ironing board. The ensuite has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity, there is also a large walk-in wardrobe.
Only 2.1km to all of Nelson Bays shopping, dining, and entertainment and a quick 10-minute walk to Dutchman’s Beach or Bagnall Beach.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
