Located on the 1st floor and on the prime western position of Shoal Bay Beach is where you will find this two bedroom unit. Unlimited free Wi-Fi and filtered water views through the headlands from the living area and balcony. The kitchen is original and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities available.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has the original bath/shower above and the laundry is also located in the bathroom area. The laundry has a top loader washing machine and dryer. The unit provides a single lock up garage and a single open car space.

The best of both swimming locations is right at your fingertips, a quick five-minute short walk to Little Beach or straight out the front of your unit to Shoal Bay Beach. Close by there is a variety of restaurants - Little Beach Boathouse is fantastic for a quick snack, cocktails or fine dining. Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers Club are all within ten minutes walk.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Four of us stayed in the two-bedroom unit of a building built in 70s. The location is absolutely great and the place is well-furnished to enjoy the stay.

The location and view is amazing. The furniture and decor could definitely do with an update to make the stay more comfortable. Was great to have a garage for the bikes plus an additional car spot.

Great view. Low on comfort.

Not up to standard

Location and views are the only positive points of this rental unit. Needs urgent Complete renovation, incl. kitchen, paintwork, furniture(stained), kitchen utensils some rusted), carpet etc. Disappointed with standard of hygiene, cleanliness.

Close to beach

Great location but in desperate need of a renovation - the unit interior was very old and run down. Being a short walk to the beach was it’s saving grace. When we arrived the u it smelt really bad and we had to leave it and air it out to be able to go in. Very musty. The furniture was very damaged and some not very clean. We could really only sit on the couch - one 2 seater for a family of 4 wasn’t comfortable. Really needs a good paint and replace all the old things in the unit. They are so old they don’t look clean. Otherwise no other issues.
