Kanangra is a fun-loving newly decorated top floor two bedroom unit with direct access to the water. Located in a beautiful part of the Peninsula coastline and just under a 15 minute drive to Nelson Bay this is a wonderful beach unit to have your next holiday.
There are two balconies which have ocean views where you can watch the dolphins playing close to shore or sit back and enjoy the stunning aspect of the headlands of Port Stephens whilst whipping up the BBQ lunch or dinner. The living area boasts a large screen TV and DVD player and ceiling fan, both bedrooms also have ceiling fans to make your stay more comfortable.
The bathroom has a shower and bath and separate toilet, there is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and one undercover car space with remote operated driveway entry gate. Huge grassed outdoor area right on the waters edge where the kids can run and play or take a stroll along the pretty beach watching the sunrises and sunsets.
Soldiers Point Marina is only a 5 minute walk where you will find award winning restaurants, cafes and the boat ramp is a quick 2 minute drive. You will really enjoy staying at this unit !!

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
