Located on the ground floor, unit 3 Kurranulla has a relaxed, air conditioned open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the balcony with outdoor chairs and gas BBQ facilities, nice way to finish the day taking in the peaceful area and overlooking the beautiful gardens. Pathways that lead you in between the Little Beach that take you to the beach and bays, perfect for kids with bush bikes.
The unit provides a SMART TV and free Wi-Fi, games and books to keep everyone entertained. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge / freezer. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - a favourite place for the locals and to watch the spectacular sunsets.
Three great size bedrooms with two having Queen beds and the main having a King bed and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom is spacious with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the bonus of a private internal laundry with washing machine. The unit provides a double secure garage, surf boards and boogie boards and street parking.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
