Lanimer is located right at the end of the point and takes advantage of amazing views over the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens to the Heads.

Completely renovated in 2019 with stunning bathrooms and beautiful decor throughout, you will not find a better place to have your next holiday. Located directly on the waterfront at the end of the point so you can take advantage of the amazing views over the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens straight through the headlands as far as the eye can see.

Internally this spacious tri-level apartment is perfect for the extended family holiday or escape with a few friends.   The middle (entrance) level boasts the main living area, which has a split system air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complete cooking facilities and DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine, balcony and a beautiful main bedroom with a gorgeous ensuite.

Up a couple of stairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin single beds. The main bathroom with bath, shower and laundry are also on this level, the toilet is located in the laundry and the laundry has a front loader washing machine/ dryer.

Downstairs there is another large living area and queen bedroom with another gorgeous ensuite, this room has access outside and has stunning views.

Every room in this unit has magnificent water views and completed with quality and comfort, once you arrive at Lanimer the rest of the world will seem a million miles away!

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Best Rental in 40 Years

Message I sent on departure. I think that says it all. G’day Kayleigh:We returned the keys to you office at 9.28 this morning. We left the apartment exactly as we found it; waste and recycling in the outside bins; the laundry in plastic bags next to the entrance. We had an excellent time. Our thanks to the owners (and to you ). We’ve been renting holiday homes for some 50 years and the family voted this the best ever in comfort and the range of equipment provided.


Amazing views

This unit has the most amazing views, When in the living area you feel like you are right on the water. Res-ponce time from the Real Estate when we had issues was quick. Great showers and bathrooms. Nice living areas About a 40 Min walk to the local shops. Not far to the Marina. 2 Bedrooms had amazing views Decent beaches you would have to drive too.


Lovely property but!!!!

This is a lovely clean property in a great position however at that price point there really should be freshly made beds, towels and at the least toilet paper. A key box would be a good idea. Having to return the key to Nelson Bay seemed silly when home for us was the opposite direction. Absolutely no complaints about the property it’s self just the way it’s managed.


Beautiful home with amazing views


We had a girls weekend & loved the place. It was beautiful to wake up to such amazing views. However It was pricey at $750 per night


All great but,


Everything was fantastic ( views, tidiness, facilities, location) just 2 matters not as perfect, 1 :not enough air conditioning (only one) at whole big property!! 2.not respectful neighbour which repeatedly complaining about laud music even at 9 o'clock weekend!!


Amazing location


Amazing villa and location right on the water. However the surrounding area is very quiet and most shops /restaurants closed at around 8:00. Welcome pack at location pathetic and could do with new pillows and sheets, although fresh from the laundry they were tired especially as you actually have to pay for hire. For the amount paid for the villa it would have been nice for the beds to actually have been made.


Perfect Location


We love this house, have stayed there a couple of times now and it suits perfectly for a family holiday. Plenty of space, good amenities and great location on Soldiers Point which is quiet but right on the water. Love it.


Beautiful views beautiful place to stay


We stayed there 2 years ago n enjoyed it but this time it has been beautifully upgraded new bathrooms walk ins new kitchen cupboards all the windows n sliding doors have been renewed painted through out very well done, we all loved it 8 of us


Great Views


Great spot for a peaceful getaway. Right on the water with amazing views, we even saw dolphins swimming in the bay. Very comfortable and well equipped.


Beautiful view, but not clean


We were very disappointed to arrive at the apartment to find black and white animal hair everywhere, all over the floors inside and outside on the balcony, the red couches were absolutely covered in it, and the screen doors had hair all through them on both levels. My partner and I have bad allergies and spent the week very unwell, if we knew animals had been staying there then we would have never booked. A cleaner came and spent over 2 hours cleaning the floors and sofa again, however the next day we were still finding more hairs everywhere. It was very unfortunate as the property is lovely, but the owners should not be bringing an animal there and not specifying it in the ad. It’s not very enjoyable to spend your holiday sick due to allergies, especially when you have spent all that money on accommodation you want to enjoy.

Great Views


The View from the apartment is fantastic and right on the water. The apartment is tri level internally and is not suitable for anyone disabled especially accessing the apartment on the mid level as you need to go down stairs which is not clear in the brochure. The Kitchen and living is well equipped however the bathrooms etc are very dated and need work.


Beautiful place to stay!


We have just spent two weeks at 2 'Lanimer', and what a lovely time we have had! The view from the living areas is superb - we really enjoyed watching the boats sail past the front of the property, and enjoyed the aspect which takes in views from Shoal Bay right around to Hawks Nest. The three bathrooms and two living areas were greatly appreciated by our family of 6. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and it was handy having a dryer in the laundry. We would definitely stay again!
