This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Parking - One secure undercover carspace available, the car space height is 1.9m. Please note the main door is opened using a key not a remote and the garage inside labelled 13 is for owners use only.

We so enjoyed our previous stay at this apartment, we came back a year later! It is ideally located, within walking distance to everything, kitchen is well equipped and the views across the bay are amazing.


Great Unit but badly needs some

Great apartment. Very spacious. Best view over Nelson Bay. Good location. One set of keys may be OK for a couple with young kids, but is inadequate for 6 adults. I fixed the dishwasher. Door seal was half off. One wheel was off bottom tray. There were 3 garbage bags of kitchen waste/food scraps plus cardboard boxes in the garage which we took out to the garbage bins. These may or may not have been left by previous tenants/cleaners. Anyone could have put them there as garage door was open.

One of the worse places I have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting.




After reading some negative reviews elsewhere I had some concerns, but on arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and well-appointed. The view and location perfect. We hope to go back


Great outlook


Huge well equipped apartment with fantastic views from the terrace. There is no allocated parking space but plenty of on street parking.


Great location & fab pool


Great location with walking distance to everything. The pool is fab. It could be hot in summer without AC and we couldn't open the car park spot but there was plenty of street parking. DVD wasn't working either but overall it was great & we would return.
