Only a short walk across the park and you will find the popular Little Beach, perfect for swimming with the kids or having a BBQ with the family at the picnic areas and shared BBQs provided, there is also a kid’s playground just a little bit further up.
An open plan living/dining area which leads to the balcony to take advantage of the water views, tranquil environment, and wildlife. The unit is tastefully furnished and provides a Smart TV, Wifi, portable air conditioner and the convenience of a port-a-cot and highchair.
The fully equipped kitchen has a complete cooking facility and the bonus of a gas BBQ on the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have the comforts of ceiling fans and comfortable furnishings, and the bonus of a bath, shower and separate toilet makes the unit easy holiday living.
This property includes one single open car space and an internal laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
