Mooring Two offers one of Shoal Bays spectacular water views and is perfectly located across the road from Shoal Bay Beach.

Spacious upstairs duplex with timber floorboards and ducted air conditioning throughout, sensational water views as far as the eye can see and a SMART TV with unlimited WIFI so you can log into your own Netflix account.  Fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher drawer, microwave, gas cooktop and under bench electric oven.

Three bedrooms with the main having water views and balcony access and a large bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet, there is also an internal laundry with a front loader washer/ dryer combo and a clothesline is available.

The balcony has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining facilities so you can sit back and enjoy that fabulous ocean views and the spectacular Tomaree Mountain.  If you feel like a challenge, Tomaree mountain is only a five minute walk away, it is absolutely stunning when you reach the top and see the 360-degree views of Port Stephens, you will capture the best memorable photos of your holiday up there. 

There is a huge double garage and loads of parking in the driveway, which is suitable for a boat or jet ski, the boat ramp is literally only 270 metres down the road.  

The location of the property is superb, the Country Club and the heart of Shoal Bay are all just 250 metres away, so you can park the car and walk to numerous clubs, restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping that Shoal Bay has to offer.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. 

We also have downstairs, which is called Mooring One, if you have the extended family and wish to rent both sections of the duplex, we can provide a key which will open the stairwell between both upstairs and downstairs.

great location


Top floor location across the road from Shoal Bay beach. Steps away from the local shops and cafes. Ducted aircon kept us warm on the cold mornings. I echo the other comment about the poorly equipped kitchen. Only one decent size pot, cheap cutlery, limited number of glasses. Makes cooking a meal difficult if all 3 bedrooms are occupied. Just 2 of us, so we were fine. We'll certainly stay again though. Hard to beat the location.

Great Location, spacious flat


Stayed for a week, great location right on the waterfront. Big living area with view on the water. Parts of the flat seem oldish (kitchen) and kitchen was not well equipped (only one pot). Although the place was really clean we found a couple of dead cockroaches lying around the flat :(
