Unit 37 is a spacious two storey apartment providing a peaceful sunny ambiance and leafy outlook for your enjoyment. The air-conditioned living/ dining / kitchen are all located downstairs, there is also a double innerspring sofa bed + linen, SMART TV set up to input your own digital streaming account such as Netflix, Disney etc.
The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen includes new white goods, family size refrigerator/ freezer, microwave ,two electric hot plates, toaster, Air fryer (please note there is no oven available) and all the essential crockery, cutlery, and utensils for a comfortable self-contained stay.
The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they have provided a port-a-cot, stroller, and highchair, so packing the car will be a lot easier for families with young children. Downstairs also has a powder room with toilet and basin and the front loader washing machine/ dryer combo.
Upstairs has the master bedroom and bathroom, the master bedroom has a King Bed includes linen and bath towels and two Single Beds includes linen and bath towels which is very convenient for young children, Split System Air Conditioner, ceiling fan and second TV, the beautiful bathroom has a large corner spa bath with overhead shower, toilet, and vanity.
The apartment is close to the water and the complex is conveniently located in the heart of Nelson Bay. Park the car and walk to cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, D’Albora Marina, Nelson Bay beach and Golf and Bowling Clubs.
Relax in the communal pool at the complex after spending the day shopping or at the beach. No garage parking is provided but there is one on-site guest parking space available.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
