Oceans 11 is the perfect family beach house, only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Birubi Beach, Worimi Conservation Lands, Cafe and Skate & Recreation Park.
Two-level beach home with a relaxed atmosphere will cater for all your holiday needs and keep everyone entertained. Upstairs you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with timber vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Step out off the dining room to a stunning wrap around deck, that is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Three bedrooms are located upstairs with Queen beds and ceiling fans in all.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom, an additional rumpus room and another bathroom which has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Downstairs also offers a kitchenette - perfect for bringing families together under one roof for a holiday !
Entertaining in this beautiful family holiday home is effortless with the wrap around balcony area which flows directly from the kitchen to a dining area, plus outdoor paved dining area surrounded by lush tropical ferns and palm trees - the perfect place to sit back and relax after a big day on the beach and sand dunes.
The property provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are welcome at this property, but not allowed upstairs or on furniture and beds.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
