One Mile Ridge location is sensational with views looking over the Tomaree National Park and distant water views of Boat Harbour.

The contemporary architecturally designed complex is secured by an electric gate, it also has a beautiful communal infinity pool and heated spa just perfect to watch those amazing sunsets. There is direct walking access to the surf beach and park or a quick three-minute drive to One Mile Beach which is surf patrolled and has a kiosk. There are fantastic walking trails all around the area for those who like to explore the coastline and experience the flora and fauna of the National Park.

One Mile Ridge has stunning polished timber floors throughout, the townhouse offers three-bedrooms and two bathrooms all spread over three levels. The air conditioned open plan living area has glass sliding doors that open out onto the large balcony which offers an outdoor lounge area and gas BBQ cooking facilities. As this townhouse is located at the end of the driveway it is quiet and has a real calming feel with expansive views over the parklands and Boat Harbour.

The main bedroom is on the upper level and has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, private balcony with water views and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Bedrooms two and three are on the middle level, they both have ceiling fans and access to the deck so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the wildlife and waves crashing. The main bathroom is also on this level, it provides a shower over bath, vanity and toilet, fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided on this level.

There is a large fully equipped, modern kitchen with Caesarstone bench tops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and gas cooking and to top it off a fantastic European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.

STRICT COMPLEX RULES - No boats, jet skis, trailers or pets allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- No music to be played in the pool area at any time
- No balcony use after 10.30pm

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Be Warned - it is not as advertised!!


HWe arrived at the property Friday evening extremely exhausted as we drove straight from work and were looking forward to relaxing weekend. The garage had no lights as the fluorescent tube was missing from its port. So we used the car lights which was fine. We get into the house and this place was soo dusty, we could literally smell the dust. It was like it had not been cleaned in over a month. Everything we touched was dusty and just filthy. The bed covers smelt dirty, and thank Goodness we didn’t rent their beddings - we carried our own. The couch blankets smelt dirty the couches were extremely dirty. We were literally sneezing. If you have dust allergies THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. We literally had to use our own clothes to cover the dust on the couches as we couldn’t even sit on either of them. My friend actually sat on the bed cover to test the level of dirt, she stood up and her imprint remained as she took the dust with her on her clothes. Her tights were soo dirty from walking on the floor as the floor was just soo filthy. If you saw the table you could see our fingerprints on top of the dirt!! This is was soo soo awful.  We tried to turn on the TVs as a distraction and none of the TVs worked. The upstairs one didn’t even have a socket to be plugged in. The downstairs TV is was blank, the remote control didn’t work and the batteries looked rusty - so we used the buttons on the TV to try and navigate and it’s just a blank screen. And yet the images showed two working TVs and what appeared to be a clean and beautiful property.  We called the emergency line because we just couldn’t sleep in such an environment and the lady said she couldn’t help us at that time only in the morning. We had no choice but to sleep there. In the morning we got a call saying a cleaner was coming we left the property, got back and it had been cleaned. We were called and at least O’meara admitted that the place was dusty and claimed that it was cleaned 5 days prior to our arrival and that there must be an opening somewhere letting the dust in (we did not see this opening). So we now try to relax and have a BBQ on Sunday and guess what - there is no gas tank!!! Like the actual tank isn’t there for us to even do a refill. We called the emergency line and spoke with a lady (who is a very unpleasant lady by the way), she questioned us over the phone claiming the gas tank should be there and thus we searched the entire house for the gas tank (mind you this is supposed to be a relaxing weekend away). She then brought a gas tank about 30 mins later, she had no key to enter the complex and did not know where the property was so we had to walk to the main gate and open it for her. She got out of the car, did not say hello, dropped it on the ground and didn’t even offer to bring it inside and up to the balcony and connect it.  We tried to connect it but we had no way of connecting it to the bbq because the tube end for the BBQ did not fit on the gas tank connection port. We called the lady again and she said she can’t help us. So there goes BBQ Sunday and so we just packed up and left a day earlier than our check out day because at this point this was now a stressful weekend away. We don’t think we have ever been this frustrated and disappointed with a holiday home before. We do a lot of travelling, lots of weekends away and this by far has been the worst! BE WARNED The place is NOT what is advertised!! At the very bare minimum a property should be fully checked the day before guests arrive! Mind you we paid in full upfront including a cleaning fee - so surely the least they could do is inspect the property and prepare it for guests!
