Bedroom two provides two single bunk beds also noting due to regulations there is no ceiling fan in this room but offers free standing fan, Bedroom three consists of a queen bed and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity with heat lamps and L.E.D backlit mirror. All bathroom and toilet areas provide complimentary travel sized toiletries.
Outside has an enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area with outdoor table and chairs for 8 people and a gas BBQ.
The property provides a single lock up garage suitable for small cars only with driveway space also available.
