Only a 15 minute walk from the beach, shops and cafes, this townhouse features a luxurious living room with ceiling fan, a large wall mounted Smart TV, free unlimited WIFI and Netflix TV.

Also located on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer with in-built icemaker and drinking filtered water. The kitchen cabinets are equipped with full coloured LED strip lights also. The Dining area has a ceiling fan for your convenience. Adjacent to the dining area is a guest laundry/bathroom equipped with a washing machine, sink and toilet.

Upstairs has the three bedrooms which supplies linen and bedmaking with the main having an ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two provides two single bunk beds also noting due to regulations there is no ceiling fan in this room but offers free standing fan, Bedroom three consists of a queen bed and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity with heat lamps and L.E.D backlit mirror. All bathroom and toilet areas provide complimentary travel sized toiletries.

Outside has an enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area with outdoor table and chairs for 8 people and a gas BBQ.

The property provides a single lock up garage suitable for small cars only with driveway space also available.

Stroll down the road to the Market Street shopping area where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals, and beer on tap at The Cellar Café. Market Street also has Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Café and Petrol Station.

A five minute walk away from the property is Fingal Bay Bowling Sports & Recreation Club where you can enjoy a restaurant with full bar, poker machines and pool billiard.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
