2 Paradiso is a lovely unit that is centrally located in the heart of Nelson Bay with spectacular water views overlooking Nelson Bay Marina and across to Hawkes Nest.
The walking/bike trail is right out the front of the unit, this will take you from Dutchies Beach all the way through to Fly Point and an easy 150 metre walk to the town centre where you fill find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and Nelson Bay foreshore.
2 Paradiso is on the first floor, it has an air-conditioned spacious open plan living area that is stylishly decorated and opens out onto the balcony with a gas BBQ, which makes this just perfect to sit back, relax and watch the world go by.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Expressi coffee machine that takes Aldi pods. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the bonus of having your own private internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The complex has a solar heated pool and provides one secure undercover car space, park the car and have the benefit of walking to everything.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
