2 Paradiso is a lovely unit that is centrally located in the heart of Nelson Bay with spectacular water views overlooking Nelson Bay Marina and across to Hawkes Nest.

The walking/bike trail is right out the front of the unit, this will take you from Dutchies Beach all the way through to Fly Point and an easy 150 metre walk to the town centre where you fill find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and Nelson Bay foreshore.

2 Paradiso is on the first floor, it has an air-conditioned spacious open plan living area that is stylishly decorated and opens out onto the balcony with a gas BBQ, which makes this just perfect to sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Expressi coffee machine that takes Aldi pods. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the bonus of having your own private internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The complex has a solar heated pool and provides one secure undercover car space, park the car and have the benefit of walking to everything.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Really Great Location & Views


Lovely location, handy to Nelson Bay CBD and Marina. The unit is quite tired and dated. The dryer doesn't work. Lounge is very smelly and the blankets on the beds probably need a good launder. I think the cleaners do an ordinary job or maybe my standards are a little higher.


Great apartment at a great location!


We loved our stay at this apartment. It is a little tired but very clean. The living area is spacious, kitchen has all the tools we needed to cook. The view of the marina was stunning. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. It is quiet despite being so close to town.


Left Wanting


Lovely modern unit and although providing our own linen was acceptable, the absence of toilet paper seemed shoddy and also being technically disadvantaged when trying to book with airbnb, a direct booking with O'meara Property being the managing agent cost $50 more than stated. This review being low will probably be amended or not be posted.

Disappointed that supply of linen was extra and then putting sheets on beds was even more. Not a single roll of toilet paper supplied. Owners could find a better manager
