This beautiful three bedroom apartment is ideal for your next getaway, located within walking distance to award winning restaurants in Soldiers Point as well as parks, a number of beaches and local tennis court. Peninsula Waters has the added bonus of lift access and the complex also has a shared pool for guests to enjoy.
This apartment has a spacious open plan layout including dining for six, spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The living area opens out onto an exclusive huge private balcony with BBQ facilities, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The main bedroom features walk through robe and ensuite with spa bath and shower plus the luxury of a TV and DVD player. Bedroom two and three both have double beds and all bedrooms include balcony access and ceiling fans.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Overall this was a very enjoyable stay and we absolutely loved the property itself. Would highly recommend this property to anyone else. Great airy layout is very comfy and the massive balcony/outdoor area with mature trees and other plants is fantastic. Very conducive to a relaxing beach holiday.
This place was perfect for our large family with plenty of space for 3 teenagers. Location was fantastic we normally stay in Nelson Bay but on this occasion we wanted something away from the Bay, apartment only 12 minutes away by car. The apartment was clean and well maintained with a large outside area perfect for our family. Pool entertained the family with the beach only a 2 minute walk away with beautiful sunsets. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay we would love to come back.
