Fantastic value for money and located just stone’s throw away from Soldiers Point Bowling Club and the brand-new famous Bannisters and Rick Stein Restaurant.

Redman has an open plan living/ dining and kitchen area with a split system air conditioner, large SMART TV and free WIFI as a bonus. There is also another sitting area off the kitchen with a ceiling fan, running off this area has the great undercover alfresco dining area with synthetic grass and a gas BBQ, Fabulous fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in-robe and ensuite, the ensuite is fitted out with a shower, toilet and vanity, Bedrooms two and three have double beds, built in robes and ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and there is also an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer.

Redman is in a fantastic location, an easy 250 metre walk to Soldiers Point Bowling Club which is perfect for children with a playground or just 300 metres down the road to Rick Steins Bannisters Seafood restaurant, Cheeky Dog and Terrace Bar where you will find great food, fresh local produce and seafood, Australian bites, gourmet antipasti and pizza.

Single lock up garage with internal access and parking for a second vehicle or small boat in the driveway makes this an extremely easy property for your next boating holiday as Soldiers Point boat ramp is just 1.9 klms away.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
