A fantastic fully enclosed yard which is suitable for a small dog only due to the fence height and ample room for a small boat to be parked on the grass area.
The waters edge is located a quick two-minute walk away and Soldiers Point Marina and boat ramp are both only a couple of minutes drive from the property. This property is in a fantastic position with all amenities close by.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday midnight to 8am
Any other day 10pm to 8am
Please note there is a $200 security deposit required prior to arrival.

We loved the accomodation as it was close to the beaches, quiet and pet friendly. Very comfy inside.
Good functional property easy to access
I stayed at Rutland to write up part of my thesis. It was perfect for me. I loved the view and the user friendly simple kitchen. I slept like a baby and woke with the birds. Great dog parks. Good vibe for a chilled out vacation.
