It is a large open plan four bedroom duplex with a huge fully enclosed back yard, just perfect for the kids to bring their bikes and ride in a safe environment. The property has four bedrooms, ensuite, two living areas, large paved outdoor entertaining area, corner bath, ensuite, single garage and one carspace for a boat. Located within a five minute drive to the major Salamander Bay shopping centre, seven minute drive to the waters edge and 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay Marina. This property has it all, location, space and comforts.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
