STRICTLY SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
Featuring stunning sunsets and water views from the living area and main bedroom, the open plan living area is air-conditioned and has an abundance of natural sunlight. A large flat screen SMART TV and WIFI are also provided at the property with loads of games, books and puzzles to keep everyone occupied.
Two stylish bedrooms both with built in robes. The main has a ceiling fan and second SMART TV. The bathroom has been completely renovated, it has a shower and vanity, and the toilet is in the laundry area. The laundry is fitted with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
The renovated fully equipped kitchen has stone bench tops and provides a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. There is enough room for 2 large vehicles or 3 smaller vehicles.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

My wife & I were extremely happy with this rental property. The car parking at the door, the airy open plan with views of the bay, the good quality whitegoods furniture and bedding, the air conditioner, the impressive kitchen that was well set up; the book library and games for Children made it a home away from home. Also it was only a short stroll to two beaches, and a short drive to shops. We are seniors without young children, but could imagine a family being very comfortable in it.
