Situated a flat walk down the street to peaceful Boat Harbour Beach, and just around the corner from whale watching, bush walks and rock fishing, SeaHaven can be found three minutes drive from Anna Bay and seven minutes from Nelson Bay.
Typically beachy on the outside, the property is beautifully furnished inside, offering plenty of living space spread out over two levels. Both floors provide generously sized bedrooms, bathrooms and thoughtfully out-fitted living rooms. SeaHaven is suitable for family bookings yet warmly appointed for couples and small groups to feel comfortable and welcome.
Upon entering, SeaHavens downstairs features a casual living room area complete with TV and space to unwind, as well as two large bedrooms designed for 2 guests per room. A large bathroom/laundry is also situated on this level containing a heavy duty washing machine, toilet and shower, perfectly positioned for washing off the sand after a day at the beach or on the water. Dryer facilities can be found inside the expansive double-barn, within the backyard. The downstairs back porch and recreation area runs the entire width of the house and is designed to host outdoor bbqs, complete with an outdoor dining suite.
SeaHaven's internal staircase leads you to the top floor where you will find an open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, designer lounge and dining furnishings, SMART TV with WIFI and Netflix. Multiple sliding doors open out onto a large deck-sized balcony, allowing the sea breeze to flow through while you stretch out on one of the sun lounges.
A well-equipped kitchen with very liberally spaced timber benchtops for food prep and entertaining completes the package upstairs. The kitchen has been deliberately set up for your pleasure and convenience, so you will consider it your home away from home. You will find a dishwasher, family sized fridge/ freezer, microwave, a very generous stand-up pantry and extensive cooking facilities. SeaHaven caters for adults and children with the inventory.
Three airy bedrooms are also located upstairs, all having access to the long front balcony which becomes sundrenched before noon and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom on this floor contains a waterfall shower head plus a separate bath tub, which can be a bonus if young children are staying.
The property provides plenty of off-street parking, allowing for up to two cars in the driveway and boat parking is also available at the side of the house or securely within the double barn in the backyard. The barn is also great for jet skis, water sports equipment or securing fishing gear. The owners have also provided an external working sink and shower in front and side yards, making it easy to wash off the sand, salt and sea, before heading inside for relaxation.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
