Seascape is a fully renovated light-filled apartment situated in a highly sought-after area of Little Beach and only 80 metres away from the protected Shoal Bay beach.

The contemporary kitchen has been renovated and fitted with stainless steel appliances, complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer and ½ size dishwasher.
The property features two bedrooms with both rooms containing ceiling fans. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and the internal laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.
The unit has one large outdoor car space, as well as access to a storage area in the garage to store bikes, beach equipment and fishing gear.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Parking: 1 Single driveway space - garage is only for fishing rods , bikes etc as it is only 1/4 of the depth of a single garage.
Lift: No (The lift in the complex can not be used as it does not stop on the first floor)

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
