This quiet and modern comfortable apartment is tastefully furnished and big enough for the whole family. Laze by the pool, take a short walk for a swim in the ocean or enjoy a BBQ in the common area beside the pool.

Perfectly situated just a short walk to the main street and Marina which boasts some of The Bays best restaurants, cafes and shops. To make your stay more comfortable the complex offers secure parking and a lift, the unit offers 3 large bedrooms (2 with air conditioning + 1 with ceiling fan), air conditioning in the living area, fully equipped kitchen with granite benchtops, dishwasher and American style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Large open plan dining and living area which has a huge TV screen with unlimited Wi-Fi, Foxtel, DVD and CD and opens out onto the large verandah with views over the pool. The main bedroom has the 2nd TV and ensuite with shower, the main bathroom has a relaxing bath and separate toilet. This unit has everything to make your next holiday very comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED OVER WINTER

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Great place to stay

This unit is in a great location, walking distance from the marina and local shops and restaurants. It is very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious. The only draw back is the fact that the main bed is very hard and uncomfortable and only a queen size.

Great location - Very quiet

Our 4 night stay at Seashells was very surprising. The unit is in a great location. It was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge . The only criticism was the extremely hard cheap mattress in the main bedroom, made for an uncomfortable nights sleep .I had read other reviews complaining about this. I really think the owners need to listen to these legitimate complaints and spend some money upgrade the bedding, particularly the mattress in the main bedroom.

This unit was very spacious. It was clean and tidy. Lounge was very comfortable to relax on. Perfect location to shops, beaches , waterfront cafes. Only a short walk down the hill. Would definitely recommend this unit and would return again myself.

Beautiful, conveniently located unit

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped unit. The 3 balconies allowed us to spread out and relax separately and enjoy the visits of many birds. The convenient location to shops, the marina and other attractions was terrific and allowed us to leave our car in the secured garage without the hassle of parking fees etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.
