What a superb position, a quick 50 metre walk to the end of the cul-de-sac and onto the grass reserve will lead you straight to the beautiful white sands and rolling waves of Shoal Bay beach, Little Beach is approximately 150 metres level walk away as well, so you have the best of both worlds right at your fingertips. Shoal Bay Beach for the waves or Little Beach for the calm waters.
Unit 1 has a large open plan living/dining area with laminate flooring, large SMART TV to hot spot and sound bar. The living area flows out onto the wrap around balcony with dining facilities so you can take in the natural environment that surrounds you. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher.
Three large bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed, access to the balcony to allow the sea breezes to flow through, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom two also has a Queen bed and ceiling fan whilst bedroom three has a tri bunk with a double bed below and single bed above (suitable for children).
The main bathroom has the bonus of a bath for the children, shower, toilet, and vanity, plus an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The unit also provides a single lock up garage.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
