The complex has the convenience of a lift making it easy to get your luggage up to the unit. There is also a beautiful complex shared inground pool for when you come back from your day soaking up the sun and enjoying the surf at the beach you can cool down and take a casual dip.
Shoal Bay Beach is a level 400 metre walk from the complex, the beach is renowned for the famous white sands, perfect water conditions for swimming, kayaking, fishing and surfing – all this right at your fingertips. The heart of Shoal Bay is a lovely 1.2 kilometre walk away, take a stroll along the path or enjoy the scenic walk along the beach. Shoal Bay offers a huge selection of restaurants, boutique shopping, cafes and nightlife at Shoal Bay Country Club.
Unit 15 features two great size bedrooms with ceiling fans and the main having access to the balcony to allow the south easterly breeze to flow through the bedroom to keep you very comfortable. Bathroom with a rainwater shower head in the shower, toilet, vanity and blow dryer.
There is an open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, the area also flows out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and an electric BBQ.
The unit also provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Nespresso Coffee Pod machine.
The unit also provides a European design internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer and parking for one vehicle in the complex carpark. The complex has push bike storage on each level making it very convenient if you bring your bikes away with you.

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
