This spacious third floor unit has two lovely balconies so you can enjoy the water views looking out to the headlands or over Little Beach boat ramp. The unit has an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. Single car space and only minutes to the beautiful Shoal Bay beach, boat ramp, kids play area and a variety of great restaurants, cafes and Wests Diggers Club.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Convenient location in between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. Not the highest standard, but comfortable and clean.
Good enough for the money.
The property was very poor. A lot of maintaining needs to happen. Not very clean. Shower curtain mouldy. Large hot plate on stove not working. Exhaust fan not working. Bunk beds noisy and un sterdy. Toilet door handle kept falling off. Got stuck in toilet. Hot unit no air conditioning. Dirty washing machine
Unit was cockroach/bug infested and the whole unit felt dirty. Considering there was no air con (which I knew about) they only supplied ONE fan for the whole unit. Never staying there again!!!
Bathroom door handle broken. Cutlery, plates and fry pans put in cupboard not cleaned.
Not a bad spot. Beds really good. However apartment needs some work. Most taps leak. Door and screen locks don’t work. Typical kitchen quality (many pots and pans but nothing flash). Some views of little beach and shoal beach. Top of 4 flights of stairs. Bbq ok.
Quite disappointed with the unit but location was great.
