Unit 13 Silvana Court is located on the top floor unit with a beautiful sunny balcony and offers you access to two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens has to offer.

There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and access to a private balcony, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Tri-Bunk which has the double underneath and single above , the single bed section is only usable for a child/ young adult body weight.
The bathroom has the bonus of a bath for children and a shower, toilet and vanity and there is also an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and the unit provides a single lock-up garage, so park the car and walk everywhere!

Bring the kids bikes and make the most of the walking and cycle pathways to flow between all the complexes in the Little Beach area.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
