Beautifully furnished Nelson Bay holiday unit has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The air conditioned living area opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the water views across the bay. This unit overlooks a fantastic cycle and walking track, which makes for a picturesque ride or walk from Dutchies Beach to the Marina.
The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan and all 3 bedrooms have a balcony to capture the beautiful breeze.
Internal steps in the uni - 9 to the front door, 2 from the kitchen to the living area and 4 to the bedrooms. There is 1 open car space so you can park the car and take a quick 2 minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
