Skyline is a strict non-smoking complex.
Beautifully furnished Nelson Bay holiday unit has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The air conditioned living area with Foxtel opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the water views across the bay. This unit overlooks a fantastic cycle and walking track, which makes for a picturesque ride or walk from Dutchies Beach to the Marina.
The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan and all 3 bedrooms have a balcony to capture the beautiful breeze.
Internal steps in the uni - 9 to the front door, 2 from the kitchen to the living area and 4 to the bedrooms. There is also 1 undercover car space and 1 open car space so you can park the car and take a quick 2 minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does not have Wi-fi.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Having stayed in this Unit many times and provided previous reviews it was a pleasure to see the place spruced and de-cluttered. Minor teething problems on arrival, Foxtel subscription had expired and the TV remote had flat batteries. Both problems resolved via the agent and ourselves. We had to scrub and clean the BBQ and redrill the burners, but at least it worked this time. We will re-book as its a great location with a fabulous view and is well appointed.
Good size 3 bedroom. Lovely view. Great location. Bed comfortable. Could do with some nice new furniture and carpet. Needs a little TLC. I would stay again.
This is the perfect property, beautiful views of the bay and plenty of room. The location of the bedrooms away from the living areas made it easy for the late and early risers. The wrap around verandah and barbeque were ideal as the weather was fantastic during our 5 day stay. The only downside was no linen was provided so it was either BYO or hire.
Had a great stay and was able to walk most places. The beachside walkway was very enjoyable. Loved all the birds and water activity we could view from our deck.
We had a very pleasant stay in the above unit , however we found the unit very cluttered with the owners belongings. The main bedrooms wardrobe was so full of the owners items I had to move several large items into the second bedrooms wardrobe just so I could hang up our clothes. There was an excess amount of pillows, blankets,folding chairs. The kitchen corner cupboards were both coming of the hinges and I had to hold them on whenever I opened them so they would not fall off.
We enjoyed staying at this humble 3 bed rooms unit where it has a great ocean view and great location to the shops and beaches.
This apartment was exactly what I was looking for with stunningly great views of Port Stephens. Facilities were excellent too particularly in the cooking department (be sure to bring a frypan suitable for use on the induction stovetop). It was better than I had expected. Trust me, it is a very comfortable unit in a great location; not far to walk into the town for shopping or eating out. You won't be disappointed. I would definitely come again for another holiday.
A beautiful apartment with stunning views and close to everything. Our family had a fantastic time here. We will definitely be back!
Just had a great few days staying in 6/12 Skyline; very comfortable and well equipped with a fantastic water view. Great location, park the car and walk everywhere!!
The photos on this posting do not do the place justice. The place was bigger, and more beautiful than we expected. We went in May 2019 for 4 nights and everything was perfect, including the weather, allowing us to have breakfast in the balcony overlooking the water. The kitchen facilities were more than enough to allow us to cook an elaborate meal for everyone. The place is less than a 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay and Woolies. One day we were short of bread for breakfast, before everyone was up, I just walked to Woolies, got bread and milk and came back. Also good for a walk in the evenings. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We have stayed in Skyline units for many years. A great location within walking distance to marina and CBD. Unit is well appointed, comfortable beds and living area with reverse cycle. All up a great venue and good value, especially out of season.
Sadly the first thing that greeted us were large cockroaches in the living area, kitchen and later discovered in the rest of the house. A thorough pest control will help. Apart from that the place was comfortable, well located & had great views.
This is our 2nd stay at 6 Skyline and we really enjoy it.For the location & price you could not do much better The unit itself is well laid out and probably my only criticism would be the worn seats on the kitchen chairs;they badly need re doing. There was also a noise problem on first weekend of school holidays from a group of adults out for a good noisy party.Funny enough when the noisy ones left(after 3 nights) parents with young children came in above us and below us and you wouldn't know anyone was there It was school holidays though so some noise is to be expected Overall we love the unit and would definetly stay there again
Ideally located and great views of the bay. Well equipped and comfortable - beds included. We had lots of fly in visitors (parakeets) which the kids loved!! Close to paths for walking and bike riding, walking distance to Dutchmans bay and marina and shopping village. Plenty of space inside, easy parking and did I mention the view... Will be back.
Nice apartment, clean well equipped, good view, but beware no garage security. Had 2 bikes stolen after locks cut with bolt cutters.
main bedroom bed very comfortable must have been replaced since the last review I read ,great location , had a great holiday.
The one and only negative was the bed (in the master bedroom). Mattress wasn't great and even the slightest movement caused an awful creaking/cracking noise that would wake us both up. (sounded like it would break!) Everything else was AMAZING! the view could not have been better, apartment was clean, spacious, affordable, close to town and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.
This apartment close to town and has everything you need . Two complaints only , main bedroom bed to hard and BBQ cleaning accessories are really required . On a positive note it's close to town , great views and very much homely . Loved our stay!
