Sunset Place is a 2 storey townhouse ideally located in a quiet street within peaceful Soldiers Point. It has views to the water and is just an 80m walk to the sandy beach, where the sunsets are spectacular.

The townhouse features a downstairs living space with large windows, kitchen, powder room and laundry. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twin singles. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own ensuite, and the main bathroom comes with corner spa.

There’s also an upstairs deck with table and chairs for enjoying the view and the weather.

Heating and cooling is well accommodated with split system reverse cycle air conditioner downstairs and ducted air conditioning upstairs.

WiFi (NBN) is included, along with a smart TV for logging into your favourite streaming apps.

There’s a garage with remote control to fit one vehicle, and additional off-street parking.

The property is lovingly cared for by the owners who spend plenty of time there themselves, as a second home.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

We stayed at this townhouse for a trip to Soilers point for a wedding, with our 3 kids. It has everything you need for a cosy stay win a great location and beautiful view to the bay. We would definitely be back

Fabulous townhouse - definitely recommend


Stayed here for a week from Boxing Day through to New Year. Slept 6 adults. Very spacious. 2 bathrooms with extra downstairs toilet. V well equipped kitchen/laundry facilities. Really appreciated air conditioning upstairs and downstairs as well as ceiling fans. Short drive to local shops and major shopping centre. No need to venture into Nelson Bay unless you want to as well appointed for everything Port Stephens has to offer. We took advantage of hiring linen so less to bring. V quiet area with lovely views. Can definitely recommend.
