There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, spacious living area with a split system air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan and access to the balcony with water views. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and access to the balcony, the second bedroom has a tri bunk (double underneath./ single above) and trundle bed suitable for children. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit has an external laundry shared with other guests.
If you would prefer to just rest, the balcony offers a magnificent view of the town centre, Nelson Bay D'Albora Marina and the pristine waterways of the Bay. Perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets!

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
