It is a great unit in a great location and I would recommend it to anyone.
I’d never bee.n to Nelson Bay before and found it absolutely beautiful. The unit was in the best possible location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and water holes, both of the drinking and swimming in variety. The unit was well equipped, clean and all round fantastic value for money:)

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Extremely clean, well maintained and lots of utensils in kitchen cupboards. No roaches or insects. Highly recommended. Great location, Meyers from main shops, with pleasant view over bay. Would love to stay here again. O'Meara property group also very polite and helpful.
A great location - walking distance to cafes, restaurants, ice-cream,playground, park, seafood,woolies. great for a family- leave the car parked. I thought it might be noisy being close to town but it was peaceful and quiet. Well equipped, clean snd tidy. Comfortable beds. A bit hot in the bedrooms but fans helped.
An excellent unit with everything you would need. Clean and beds very comfortable, close to shops, marina and restaurants. Couldn't be better located! Reading the visitor book there are many repeat guests and that says it all I think. And yes, we will be back too! Gordon and Anne W.
We stayed for a week in winter and walked just about everywhere. Every little need has been thought of and the apartment is well equipped. I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for our needs.

My Wife and I had a great time in Nelson Bay the Unit was in a fantastic location and it was very well appointed. When we come back we will definitely inquire about the availability of 10 Teramby Court.
We had a great family holiday apartment in perfect location and had everything we need for a more then comfy stay for my husband and 4 children highly recomand and will definitely be back for manny more holidays and memories my children lived the lorikeets were on the verandah and hand feed them every morning lunch and tea time more then happy with our stay
After renting some shocking places on the Central Coast through Real estate agencies, O'Meara property certainly delivered a gem... A clean, well equipped unit, with fantastic views in a central spot. Walking distance to shops and restaurants & a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches. Can't wait to go back!!!
