The property features an open plan living / dining/ kitchen area downstairs with a split system air conditioner, free unlimited Wi-Fi, wall mounted Smart TV, Bose speaker and dining seating for 6 people. The living area flows out to the courtyard with an undercover entertaining area including BBQ, clothesline, lounge and bar dining seating and an outdoor shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities including gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine. The laundry is also located on the ground floor and provides a front loader washing machine and third toilet.
Up a few stairs to the second living area with comfortable modern furnishings, split system air conditioner, Smart TV, books and games. This area opens out onto the balcony where you can absorb the water views and is such a fabulous place to sit, relax and enjoy the afternoon sun.
The three bedrooms are also located upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom has the bonus of a bath, along with shower, toilet and vanity. The owners also provide a highchair and port-a -cot for your convenience.
Parking is provided for up to two vehicles in the driveway, the garage is not available for guest use.
