The Bay is built over 2 levels with a fantastic retreat downstairs on the ground entrance level. This open plan room has a Queen bed, kitchenette with hot plates, bar fridge, kettle and toaster, TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity - just perfect for a small family or teenagers that want their own space whilst away on holidays.
Go up 16 stairs to the 2 nd level to discover multiple spacious living areas with the main having a Smart TV with Chrome Cast built-in , NBN internet, ceiling fans, fabulous views and beautiful sea breezes that just flow straight through. All the living areas look out onto the large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and gas weber BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the spectacular panoramic water views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, dual wall ovens, family size fridge and casual breakfast dining area, there is also a large dining table that is positioned in the middle of the living areas and seats 12 people - fantastic entertaining area for a large family.
Three large bedrooms all with split system air conditioners and two also have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a walk-through robe area that leads into the ensuite with a spa bath, shower and vanity. The toilet and another vanity are located through a sliding door so it can be used by guests upstairs as a powder room or the toilet for the main bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, even though there is no yard, there are two clothes lines located just outside the laundry door.
There is a double garage with individual roller doors that are operated by remote controls. As there is a pillar in between these garage doors we suggest a smaller vehicle for the second garage. There is also room to park one vehicle in the driveway.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Our family enjoyed a weeks stay at ‘The Bay’ which we found to be well equipped, spacious and in a convenient location with great views!

Fantastic property, water views were amazing and the beds very comfortable.
Huge house great for a big family. Very close to the beach however be prepared to travel by car as the street is on a huge hill, very difficult to walk with a pram!
