Welcome to The Brisa, Salamander Bay, a fabulous three bedroom home with stunning water views from the lounge room. Enjoy the beautiful water views from the cafe style window at the front of the house whilst relaxing on the lounge!
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, plumbed fridge, electric cook top, microwave, and complete cooking facilities. The open plan living area has a split system air conditioner and SMART TV. There are three bedrooms with ceiling fans and the main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The property also has an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and second toilet. By day you can utilise the beautiful beaches at your door stop and come evening relax in the heated spa in the privacy of your own yard.
Absorb the fabulous views from the front of the home and relax with a good book and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. The Brisa has so much to offer and being located only meters to the water’s edge and only minutes to Soldiers Point Marina, Tennis Courts and local restaurants and cafes of Soldiers Point makes it the perfect choice for your next holiday escape. Rick Stein restaurant, Bannisters Resort and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are all within an easy walk away.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
