Welcome to “The Foreshore” where you can holiday right on the waterfront in this spectacular five-bedroom beach home located on the shores of Salamander Bay, Port Stephens. Bring the boat, fishing rods and other water equipment as “The Foreshore” lets you launch your kayak, throw in a fishing line, or simply go for a dip – all this, right at your doorstep.
Enjoy expansive water views from the main living, dining and kitchen which also has a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan and enough seating for the whole family to soak up the stunning water views. For the cooler months there is a wood fire to provide gorgeous waterside ambiance.
There is also a large second casual living area with a split system air conditioner and TV which opens onto a garden courtyard.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, family size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, oven, microwave and stone benchtop. The property offers the choice of dining inside with water views, outside on the waterfront patio and lawn or in the gated private courtyard. There is also a gas BBQ located in the garage at the entry of the property.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with spectacular water views and balcony, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and the main bedroom also has an ensuite and walk in robe.
There are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom four has two single beds and bedroom five has a queen bed and an ensuite. There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a dryer.
“The Foreshore” is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive (950m) to the local village shops with an IGA supermarket, bottleshop, chemist, medical centre, bakery and a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and take-away. Larger shopping centres and a cinema are located 10 to 15 minutes drive at either Nelson Bay or greater Salamander Bay shopping areas.
There is a bus stop approx. 100m from the front door which runs a regular service to Soldiers Point (via Bannisters and Soldiers Point Bowling Club) and Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay and a daily service to Newcastle, including Newcastle Airport and Sydney.
The property provides a two car garage and enough room for two more vehicles off street.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property. You have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
