The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, two hot plates, electric frypan, microwave, and DeLonghi Coffee Pod machine with four pods provided and also a front loader washer and external clothes line as for your convenience.
Stylish Queen bed with sheets and bed making provided, split system air conditioner, Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix are also provided. There is a stunning bathroom with a large rainwater shower head, toilet, hair dryer, bath towels and vanity provided.
The property also provides a gorgeous outdoor courtyard area with a gas BBQ and two hammocks, imagine laying back, relaxing, and taking in the natural vista that surrounds you whilst listening to the peace and quiet of birdlife. Please note there are some external security cameras at the property, 3 covering the front drive area and 1 each on the southern and eastern boundaries.
Taylors Beach is a small quiet neighbourhood located ten minutes to Salamander Bay and fifteen minutes to Nelson Bay. Birubi beach sand dunes are also only a ten-minute drive away as well as the main street of Anna Bay where you will find an array of dining, take away food outlets and Anna Bay Tavern.
