Unit 502 is located on the 5th floor at the back of the complex with relaxing mountain views, the complex has a lift which makes this just prefect for children or the elderly. The 2-bedroom unit is filled with natural lighting, spacious, one level apartment with beautiful timber floorboards throughout, ducted air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi access.
The open plan living/ dining room has a large flat screen TV, this area flows out onto the expansive balcony, leaving plenty of space for you to entertain your friends and family. The modern kitchen has an island bench and stainless-steel appliances, coffee machine, inbuilt stainless-steel microwave, electric cooktop, and family size fridge/ freezer.
The master bedroom features a Double bed with linen and bed making, ducted air conditioning, ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and double sliding doors that lead out on to the private balcony. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
