What a superb position!! Located right on the waterfront of Anna Bay, sit back and listen to the waves rolling into the rocks and in whale season this is the perfect position to watch them swim on by, you can actually see them playing and blowing water right from your own verandah. Local surfers love this part of the peninsula as there is always a wave to catch, rock fisherman love this area as there is always some where different to fish, adventurous people love this spot as there are fantastic walking paths that take you to remote beaches and scenery. There is always something different to look at when you have a spectacular outlook as 1/6 Birubi Lane does.
The delightful duplex is nicely furnished and features three bedrooms, bathroom with a shower/ bath combination, internal laundry with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, parking for 2 cars but no garage available, if you have more than 2 cars there is a public carpark within eye sight of the property.
Anna Bay also boasts the magical sand dunes which you can ride camels, sand boarding or take the 4WD along the beach (if you have a permit), so much to do and then come back and relax away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy your next holiday in a premium waterside positioned duplex, you wont be disappointed.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does not have Wi-fi.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

We booked this house for seven days as I work in the motel industry we can’t take holidays over Xmas so March it is and we could not be happier the house was so clean the views were amazing and the neighbours bought us fresh made pastries we will definitely be booking again love this place
This is the 2nd time staying at this beautiful place and that should say everything. The house is cosy with magical views and close to rock pools and beach. Our family enjoyed our holiday and will be back. A BBQ would make it perfect. The owner was helpful and close if needed.

Beautiful spot with a fantastic, almost private outlook over the ocean. Property was clean with all the amenities you need. Was initially concerned about the lack of air con and ceiling fans but the unit faces south and each room had a tower fan - so it stayed pretty cool even on hot days.
Loved everything about it. The great location from the house to the beach, to the shops and the drive to Stockton beach to fish. Internally in the house every need was covered. Microwave to dishwasher to washing machine to beautifully comfortable beds. Highly recommend. The real estate staff gave good information as to what needed to be done.
The property is modern, comfortably furnished, and well set up. The view looking onto the ocean is breathtaking, and the kids loved exploring amongst the rocks. The property is a 15 minute walk to shops and the beach, with the beach offering a number of activities. The only downside of the property was the single bathroom, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.
