12 Thurlow Lodge is located in a serene area of Nelson Bay, it is a refurbished two bedroom top floor unit with filtered views, shared complex pool and a split system air conditioner.
The bridal walk runs in front of the complex, this pathway takes you straight into Dutchies Beach to the left and a quick three minute walk directly into DAlbora Marina and the heart of Nelson Bay to the right where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and activities.
Enjoy the filtered views from the sunny verandah with gas BBQ facilities, sit back and watch the wildlife and nature that surrounds this complex. Unit 12 is fully self-contained with complete cooking facilities, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the bonus of a shared complex pool.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity, the unit also provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover parking.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at the property including common areas, inside the individual lots or on balconies.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
