Ground floor air conditioned two bedroom unit with filtered water views located in a fantastic location. Only a 400 m walk to the heart of town to the cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, Woolworths supermarket and the Marina. A nice easy 600 m walk to Dutchies Beach which is perfect for children as the waters are calm, this beach also supplies council BBQs and picnic tables, a great spot to watch the sunset.
Unit 1 has a huge balcony with outdoor setting and filtered water views and overlooks the pool, the unit has an open plan air conditioned living and dining area with a flat screen TV and DVD player, full kitchen with a stove, microwave and family size fridge. The bathroom has a shower, bath and there is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, the bonus of having one undercover secure car space, makes this so easy, just park the car and walk to everything.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at the property including common areas, inside the individual lots or on balconies.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Perfect ground floor location a very short walk to Nelson Bay Marina and main street. Clean, airy. Comfortable beds and lounge. Perfect for three of us.
The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you need in it. Loved the huge balcony and only short walk to shops and beach. Well definately be staying here again.
Great spot for a get away. Quiet and clean and close to all shops too. Dutchies beach is right around the corner. Would stay there again
Great location!! Three minute walk to Nelson bay centre and marina. Beautiful beaches a short walk or drive away. The unit itself accommodates a large family with ease with plenty of space to eat inside or outside. Large (safe) balcony has a good view of the ocean and is big enough for kids to play safely. The pool is tricky to get to and very cold. there is no linen or towels provided but inside laundry is a handy touch. All in all a convenient and comfortable stay!!
