Tomaree Townhouse is a family friendly property that is only allowed to sleep 6 adults and 4 children.
The owners have provided a beautiful cot in the main bedroom so your baby will be safe and sound, they have also provided a babies bath for your convenience.
Located in the heart of Nelson Bay in a residential complex is where you will find Tomaree Townhouse, this complex falls under the Strata act for noise and party complaints. A n easy walk to the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find top quality restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. The townhouse is two storey with all the living areas downstairs and four bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
Providing a large, air conditioned, open plan living/dining area with WIFI, very well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge. Convenience of having a powder room and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer also located downstairs.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite and split system air conditioner, there is also a three way bathroom with a bath and shower area, toilet area and vanity area.
Fully fenced enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area with BBQ facilities, double lockup garage with internal access.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY IN PLACE – RESIDENTIAL NOISE RESTRICTION AREA ARE ENFORCED
There are restrictions on the noise made by guests in a residential area.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight – 8am
Any other day – 10pm – 8am
Holiday Guest requirements: –
· Guests to be considerate of the neighbours as neighbours are not on holidays.
· Move indoors to keep noise levels at a minimum, please don€™t be on the driveway or common areas after 9pm as the noise echoes.
· Be thoughtful when using a sound system and abide by noise restrictions times.

Hot Water a problemCannery19
This is our second time at the property and overall were happy. Lots of dead coachroaches, but only a few live ones. Hot water supply was limited - only five of us but water ran out each day. O'Meara staff seemed to say that is not a problem and just the way it is - which is strange for a property advertised to sleep 11.
We loved our stay at the Townhouse last week. The place was spotless and plenty of room for adults and children to spread out. So close to the village was a real bonus with the cinema near as well. The service from O'Meara was fantastic as when I arrived the gardens were overgrown but it was sorted the next morning. Look forward to coming back soon again. Susan

Great property. With 6/7 people no problems with hot water. Some light bulbs blown and strange beeping from owners cupboard was the only thing.

Great place for a big group, however having the hot water limited was an issue. The hot water tank only runs at 11pm each day and some of us (group pf 10) couldn't have a warm shower.
Great family home with plenty of space and comfortable. Close to all amenities and great outdoor area too. All the comforts of home.
