Tradewinds, 2/110 Victoria Parade – fantastic unit with waterviews & close to the Marina

Unit 2 Tradewinds is on the ground floor with filtered water views across to DAlbora marina from the balcony and only a couple of steps to the front door.

The complex is located opposite the marina and in the heart of town. With only 50 metres to Nelson Bays shops, cafes, restaurants, marina and the beach, all you must do is park the car and walk to everything!

The open plan living, and dining area open out onto the balcony so the gentle sea breeze will flow through the unit, the living area provides a flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave and three generous size bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath which is perfect for young children. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and one undercover secure car space and one-off street car space.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Good location

Lauren Harper

Good size accommodation for a family in a great location. Needs air-conditioning or in the least a couple of fans. The access would be preferable if you could enter and exit via the veranda, especially to make it more family friendly for a pram etc as the stairs and all the locks to get in and out is difficult. The main bedroom needs new light and TV's need updating.

Honestly it was worth it. Although the place was abit old it done the job. The location was the best part of it all.

Great location and a well equipped unit. Was provided with a welcome bag with a few items which is a nice touch. Would have been great if linens and towels were included for the price. The rooms were of decent size and fairly clean. The dishwasher was a little hard to operate and noisy and the hot water pipes were very noisy too. Overall a decent stay at a very good location.


Prime location


We came down for a girls weekend over the long weekend. Pros: Optimal location. Everything is in walking distance. Nice apartment. Road noise was not an issue. Cons: The hot water in the main bathroom is temperamental. Finding the parking lot needs to be explained when picking up the keys. We spent a couple drives around the property trying to locate it and the GPS sends you in an opposite direction. The pictures are deceiving on the website. They make it look a lot more spacious. This wasn’t a major issue though as it is still roomy enough. When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned. O’Meara were great and quickly arranged cleaners to come and do the apartment and the two ladies that came out on a late Friday afternoon were amazing and we appreciated it, although it wasn’t ideal to walk in to. Despite the above cons, I would still recommend and utilise this property and O’Meara again.
