Four large bedrooms all with built ins with the main bedroom having a beautiful modern ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, and gorgeous floor to ceiling tiles. The main bathroom is cleverly designed with a wet area fitted with the bath and walk in shower, the shower is fitted with a relaxing rainwater shower head and the convenience of also having a hand held shower head, also having the toilet separate from the bathroom is a huge bonus.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, fully fenced grassed yard which is perfect for the children to run and play. The property comes with plenty of off street parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles.
Wirragulla is located on the border of Salamander Bay and Soldiers Point, Wanda Beach and George Reserve are only a short 400m walk along the path at the edge of the bushland, you'll capture the lovely sunrises at Wanda Beach and enjoy the calm swimming waters for children.
Soldiers Point is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday for the family. It is surrounded by water which makes it a very popular location for fishing and boating, Soldiers Point Boat ramp and Soldiers Point Marina are only 2.2km away, the Marina offers state-of-the-art mooring facilities and two fine dining restaurants plus cafes.
The exclusive Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters is just 700m away if you are looking for a fine dining experience or Soldiers Point Bowling Club for a more casual child friendly environment.

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect, very clean, modern & comfortable. Would definitely come back.
We found this property a lovely place for us to spend a couple of days. It was clean with a spacious indoor area for the 8 people staying, and comfortable beds. The main bathroom and toilet are not really separate as you have to walk past the open bathroom to reach the toilet (there is also an ensuite with shower and toilet). It's a fairly easy walk to the bowling club, pub and sheltered beaches
What a lovely home!!! Such a beautiful modern stylish home that had everything we needed. Lovely quiet street, we will definitely stay again. Only thing we needed was a fan in the back patio so circulate air when it got muggy
The house was wonderful! Very clean, stylish and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location! - central enough to be close to essentials but far enough to not feel too busy.
This property is exactly as it appears in photos. Spotless, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We were really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. We would happily return.
