Situated a flat walk down the street to peaceful Boat Harbour Beach, and just around the corner from whale watching, bush walks and rock fishing, SeaHaven can be found three minutes drive from Anna Bay and seven minutes from Nelson Bay.

Typically beachy on the outside, the property is beautifully furnished inside, offering plenty of living space spread out over two levels. Both floors provide generously sized bedrooms, bathrooms and thoughtfully out-fitted living rooms. SeaHaven is suitable for family bookings yet warmly appointed for couples and small groups to feel comfortable and welcome.

Upon entering, SeaHavens downstairs features a casual living room area complete with TV and space to unwind, as well as two large bedrooms designed for 2 guests per room.  A large bathroom/laundry is also situated on this level containing a heavy duty washing machine, toilet and shower, perfectly positioned for washing off the sand after a day at the beach or on the water. Dryer facilities can be found inside the expansive double-barn, within the backyard. The downstairs back porch and recreation area runs the entire width of the house and is designed to host outdoor bbqs, complete with an outdoor dining suite.

SeaHavens internal staircase leads you to the top floor where you will find an open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, designer lounge and dining furnishings, SMART TV with WIFI and Netflix. Multiple sliding doors open out onto a large deck-sized balcony, allowing the sea breeze to flow through while you stretch out on one of the sun lounges.

A well-equipped kitchen with very liberally spaced timber benchtops for food prep and entertaining completes the package upstairs. The kitchen has been deliberately set up for your pleasure and convenience, so you will consider it your home away from home. You will find a dishwasher, family sized fridge/ freezer, microwave, a very generous stand-up pantry and extensive cooking facilities. SeaHaven caters for adults and children with the inventory.

Three airy bedrooms are also located upstairs, all having access to the long front balcony which becomes sundrenched before noon and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom on this floor contains a waterfall shower plus a separate bath tub, which can be a bonus if young children are staying.

The property provides plenty of off-street parking, allowing for up to two cars in the driveway and boat parking is also available at the side of the house or securely within the double barn in the backyard. The barn is also great for jet skis, water sports equipment or securing fishing gear. The owners have also provided an external working sink and shower in front and side yards, making it easy to wash off the sand, salt and sea, before heading inside for relaxation.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property. Guests have the option to either provide their own or alternatively hire them through the agent. No pets are allowed at the property as there are no side fences.

This charming weatherboard cottage is light-filled and catches the sea breezes. The interior décor and finishes create a fresh & easy holiday vibe. Boat Harbour beach, a two minute stroll down the hill, is calm and protected, so perfect for toddlers and young children and great for a late afternoon game of beach cricket. The active holiday makers can take on one of the walking trails around the coastline, swim in a local deep rockpool, walk around to Kingsley beach where you may have the beach all to yourself, enjoy a spot of tennis on the local courts, launch a boat at the boat ramp on Boat Harbour beach or drop a line in off one of the rocky coastal platforms. For the surf lovers, One Mile beach is an easy 15 minute walk or quick 3 minute car trip. One Mile Beach is a beautiful, patrolled surf beach that always has a great wave, with a surf school and kiosk/cafe for a morning espresso, or casual lunch or dinner. If there is on onshore breeze at One mile, just head over to discover the quiet cove of Fisherman€™s Beach or scenic Birubi Beach at the end of the Stockton sand hills, five minutes away ,

The main house has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. However, a separate external bunk room is available to sleep up to 5 extra overnight guests or kids/teenagers who enjoy bunking in together. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room, large dining area and a fantastic deck area for those summer night BBQs. The bunk house has its own bar fridge and small dining table allowing guests to spread out and enjoy their own space. The laundry is located externally and has a 2 nd  shower. Parking is on-site with plenty of room to park a boat or trailer.

Boat Harbour is a quiet and peaceful village, only 8.5km drive from the heart of Nelson Bay and a wonderful respite for families, couples or singles.
