Position, position with only 400 metres to Nelson Bay marina and 600 metres to Dutchies beach which is fantastic for the kids to swim and play, there is also multiple council BBQs and picnic tables. This is a fabulous beach to watch the sunsets or you also have the convenience of having a pool in the complex which is great to come back to after the beach.

This well-appointed unit is located on the third floor with two balconies that offer filtered water views through the tree tops. The open plan living/ dining area leads directly to the balcony where you can relax and take in the views and hear the birds.
