Air Conditioned and stylish plantation shutters are throughout both sides of the apartment, the living area has a sofa bed, large SMART TV with Netflix, Foxtel (Basic Package), DVD player, wide selection of DVD’s, CD player, PlayStation 3 (with games and two controllers), board games and free unlimited WIFI – this apartment has everything you could possibly imagine !!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (BYO pods).

The master bedroom has an air conditioner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player, linen with beds made and an ensuite with shower, corner spa bath, vanity, toilet and the bonus of a hair dryer provided.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two King Single Beds that can be joined to make a King Bed with linen supplied and beds made. There is also a kitchenette, flat screen TV and DVD player, ceiling fan, ensuite with hair dryer and private balcony overlooking the pool which makes this perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

The apartment offers an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer that has been cleverly concealed in a cupboard next to the kitchen and one off-streetcar parking space.
Oaks Pacific Blue Resort boasts the largest pool in the southern hemisphere that flows around the entire resort, there is also an outdoor spa area and heated lap pool, tennis court (Racquets & Balls provided), gym, and sauna.

Just 400 metres walk to the Salamander Shopping Centre and only 1km to the peaceful, picturesque Roy Wood Reserve which offers BBQ and picnic facilities, shaded grassed areas and a sandy beach that is safe swimming on high tide. Roy Wood Reserve is also one of the best locations in the area to witness the stunning sunsets.
Nelson Bay town centre is only 4km away, you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, and D’Albora Marina which offers a selection of aquatic activities including the most popular dolphin and whale cruises.

Sheets and bath towels are provided at the apartment with the bonus of having the beds made prior to your arrival. Please provide the bedding configuration required for the second bedroom and note that the sofa bed will have linen provided but not made up. Please bring your own pool/ beach towels.

81 Horace St – WIFI and air conditioning

81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

Beautifully furnished home with a split system air-conditioned living area, free WIFI and a large wall mounted SMART TV. There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

The three bedrooms and the sleepout all have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The fourth bedroom is the sleepout which is accessible within the undercover outdoor entertaining area, the sleepout has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is a 3-way design which gives a separate bath and shower area along with a separate toilet and vanity area, a very easy, usable design for larger groups of guests. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable, the convenience of supplying a highchair, port-a-cot, 4 push bikes and beach chairs is fantastic as there is less you have to pack in the car. Bath towels and bed linen are provided with the bonus of having all beds ready made for your arrival.

There is a large undercover entertainment area with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ, such a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer and the property has a fully enclosed back yard and a double carport.

Little Beach is perfect for children as the waters are calm, the sand is soft and there is a children€™s playground, picnic tables and free BBQ facilities so the whole family can enjoy this area.  If takeaway, dining out or clubbing is on the agenda then there is a fantastic fish & chip shop, fabulous restaurant with open bar area at the Little Beach Boathouse, where you can watch the stunning sunsets, Wests RSL Diggers is only a quick seven-minute walk away.  

The unit is on the 1st floor and has glorious water views from the balcony, open plan living area with TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

What a superb position!! Located right on the waterfront of Anna Bay, sit back and listen to the waves rolling into the rocks and in whale season this is the perfect position to watch them swim on by, you can actually see them playing and blowing water right from your own verandah. Local surfers love this part of the peninsula as there is always a wave to catch, rock fisherman love this area as there is always some where different to fish, adventurous people love this spot as there are fantastic walking paths that take you to remote beaches and scenery. There is always something different to look at when you have a spectacular outlook as 1/6 Birubi Lane does.

The Point is a popular complex opposite the water at Soldiers Point. We manage a number of units in this block and they all have water views and use of the communal swimming pool. The location cannot be compared to anything else. Wander across and fish on the rocks, walk down to the boat ramp, swim on the eastern or western beaches of Soldiers Point or just stroll along the pristine beaches. This particular unit has a renovated bathroom, laundry and toilet and a neat and tidy kitchen and is situated on the first floor with one of the largest balconies in the area.

Located on the first floor and a quick 20mtr walk across the road to the beach and Fingal Bay Surf Club where you will find an amazing breakfast, lunch and dining experiences at either the Saltwater Restaurant or the famous Long Boat Cafe.

The main street of Fingal Bay is only an easy 1km walk away, the village offers a convenience store, cafes, petrol station, take away shop and bottle shop.  Fingal Bay Sports Club is just around the corner, so you have a variety of choices if dining out is on the agenda.
