Sitting directly opposite family friendly Little Beach is where you will find unit 3 Florentine. The unit is located on the ground floor and has sensational water views of Little Beach. The complex provides a lift, inground pool with shallow end for children and secure undercover parking for one vehicle.

Unit 3 has a large open plan living area that opens out to a fantastic balcony which is the perfect place for a very relaxed alfresco dining experience and to just sit back and watch the activities of Little Beach. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with cooking facilities, family size fridge and dishwasher.

There are three large bedrooms with the main bedroom having fabulous water views and an extra-large ensuite with a corner spa bath. The main bathroom is located near bedroom two and three, it has a shower, bath, vanity and a separate toilet.

There is a second living area near these bedrooms as well, this area is perfect for children as they can watch their favourite show or DVD without disturbing the adults or vice versa. The property also provides an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Having no stairs to worry about and only a short walk to Wests Diggers Club is a huge advantage by staying at Florentine. A casual ten to fifteen walk will also take you into the centre of town which is great for a variety of boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Little Beach has calm swimming waters which is the perfect location for families young and old, there are also picnic tables and BBQ facilities. The western end of Shoal Bay beach is less than 500 metres away as well if you are after more of a wave or Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

Only 250 metres from your unit doorstep is a fantastic dine in/ takeaway shop that sells espresso coffees, milkshakes and soft drinks along with some treats including muffins, cakes and other delicacies, they also cater for breakfast and lunch with a variety of hamburgers, fish and chips and sandwiches. For a fine dining experience Little Beach Boathouse Restaurant and Bar is also located 250 metres across the road, Little Beach Boathouse offers a beachside setting and local produce for their fresh modern Australian menu, the restaurant also has an outdoor deck area for casual drinks, selection of food and sensational sunsets.

Located within a five-minute drive or fifteen minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay, d’albora marina and beautiful Dutchmans Beach is where you will find this incredible holiday house.

The heart of Nelson Bay has unique specialty shops, cafes, restaurants and the cruise check in station for dolphin and whale watch cruises, sunset dinner cruises and water sport activities.

Gymea Retreat is a lovely three-bedroom property perfect for families with older children and couples for their next getaway. Located in a private, quiet area of Nelson Bay is ideally suited for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle, this is a strict NON SMOKING property.

The property features three levels with a living area complete with a piano, foosball, books, and games. There is also the second bedroom, bathroom with shower toilet and vanity. The laundry is also on this level, it provides a top loader washing machine. Walk down seven steps and you will find bedroom three.

As this property is located within the residential noise restriction area. Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence must cease during certain times: midnight to 8am on Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday and 10pm to 8am on any other day. Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present The Verandah, 9 Hanson Avenue Anna Bay for holiday rental. Nestled in a quiet street and only a short 2 minute drive to the beach, beautiful enclosed back yard for children to play and room for a boat.

Features of The Verandah are two storey, four bedroom air conditioned home with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, drive through garage, undercover outdoor area with BBQ and the beautiful ocean breezes that flow through from all aspects. The owners provide child gates on the staircase, a high chair and a cot mattress, which makes this very easy to pack to go away for your next beach holiday.

A quick drive or easy level walk will take you to Birubi Beach, where you can stroll around th erock pools, take a walk along the prestige surf patrolled beach or even if you fancy a coffee or drink there is the Cafe which offers the best views of the area. If the kids are after something a bit more exciting how about the camel rides or sand dune tours – this is all at your finger tips at Anna Bay.

1 The Commodore is a lovely two-bedroom ground floor unit located just a short stroll to the heart of Nelson Bay boutique shopping, variety of restaurants, cafes, D’Albora Marina and Nelson Bay foreshore.

The bright and sunny open plan living area opens out onto the large wrap around balcony which provides a fantastic space for alfresco dining and gas BBQ cooking. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, family size fridge and complete cooking facilities.

There is a great undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ, so you can cook up a feast while watching the kids and the fur baby playing in the enclosed back yard. This is a very relaxed, private area where you can sit back, relax and listen to the local bird life singing.

A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with full cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine, toilet and shower and the property a clothesline in the backyard.
There is a single garage and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. If you are good at reversing a boat, you can even fit a small tinnie up to 14 foot in length.

A private, magnificent swimming pool is surrounded by large open spaces of lush green grass and filled with sounds of birdlife living in the nature filled estate. Keep an eye out for the Koalas that love to visit behind the property. The convenience of having an outdoor shower with hot and cold water connected is available; great for when returning from a day at the beach.

The home features ducted air conditioning throughout and a large open plan family/ dining area with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI so you can log onto your own Netflix account and Bose speakers.
