Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present The Verandah, 9 Hanson Avenue Anna Bay for holiday rental. Nestled in a quiet street and only a short 2 minute drive to the beach, beautiful enclosed back yard for children to play and room for a boat.

Features of The Verandah are two storey, four bedroom air conditioned home with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, drive through garage, undercover outdoor area with BBQ and the beautiful ocean breezes that flow through from all aspects. The owners provide child gates on the staircase, a high chair and a cot mattress, which makes this very easy to pack to go away for your next beach holiday.

A quick drive or easy level walk will take you to Birubi Beach, where you can stroll around th erock pools, take a walk along the prestige surf patrolled beach or even if you fancy a coffee or drink there is the Cafe which offers the best views of the area. If the kids are after something a bit more exciting how about the camel rides or sand dune tours – this is all at your finger tips at Anna Bay.

1 The Commodore is a lovely two-bedroom ground floor unit located just a short stroll to the heart of Nelson Bay boutique shopping, variety of restaurants, cafes, D’Albora Marina and Nelson Bay foreshore.

The bright and sunny open plan living area opens out onto the large wrap around balcony which provides a fantastic space for alfresco dining and gas BBQ cooking. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, family size fridge and complete cooking facilities.

The unit has two great size bedrooms with both having built in robes and access to the large balcony, the main bedroom also has a ceiling fan for extra comfort. The bathroom has been fitted with handrails in the shower, toilet area and vanity to help people with limited mobility.

The unit has an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and two undercover car spaces are provided, park the car, and walk to all attractions and activities that the Bay has to offer. We manage multiple units in the complex, making it easy for multiple families to holiday together and still have their own space.

Even your pet can go on holidays with you to this casual holiday property it set out to sleep 6 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the comfort of a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans in the lounge room/ dining room area.

There is a great undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ, so you can cook up a feast while watching the kids and the fur baby playing in the enclosed back yard. This is a very relaxed, private area where you can sit back, relax and listen to the local bird life singing.

A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with full cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine, toilet and shower and the property a clothesline in the backyard.
There is a single garage and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. If you are good at reversing a boat, you can even fit a small tinnie up to 14 foot in length.

There is a large central kitchen which provides full cooking facilities, dishwasher, large family size fridge / freezer and coffee machine.  The internal laundry runs off the kitchen and provides a front loader washing machine.

Floating timber floorboards flow throughout the open plan living and dining areas, the furniture is stylish and the lounges ooze with comfort, ducted air conditioning, large 65″ SMART TV and unlimited WIFI.

The outdoor area features a large gas BBQ, lounges and dining facilities, this area opens out to a gorgeous non enclosed yard that has very well cared for plants and lawns, just a great place to throw or kick the ball around with the kids.   The garage has been converted into a fantastic second living area with a large wall mounted flatscreen TV, PlayStation and board games. 

There is undercover parking for 1 large car or 2 smaller vehicle and loads of room in the driveway to park a boat.  
Located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach gives you the choice of which beach to go to on what day, both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and surf lessons.  Fingal Bay beach is only a 2-minute drive and is patrolled beach and provides the Fingal Surf Club, restaurants, and café.

A private, magnificent swimming pool is surrounded by large open spaces of lush green grass and filled with sounds of birdlife living in the nature filled estate. Keep an eye out for the Koalas that love to visit behind the property. The convenience of having an outdoor shower with hot and cold water connected is available; great for when returning from a day at the beach.

The home features ducted air conditioning throughout and a large open plan family/ dining area with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI so you can log onto your own Netflix account and Bose speakers. The bi-fold doors open out to the huge undercover alfresco dining and relaxed lounge area with a ceiling fan and gas BBQ cooking facilities. There is also a separate media room which is perfect for those days or nights where you want to sit back and enjoy a good movie or catch up on the latest sport programs.

Echo Beach House is a large and very comfortable holiday house which is the perfect place for a picturesque holiday with peace and quiet at your doorstep.

There is a $2,000 security bond required prior to arrival. This property has security cameras installed on the exterior.
