The Whale Watcher, 1/6 Birubi Lane – waterfront unit with stunning views, level access

What a superb position!! Located right on the waterfront of Anna Bay, sit back and listen to the waves rolling into the rocks and in whale season this is the perfect position to watch them swim on by, you can actually see them playing and blowing water right from your own verandah. Local surfers love this part of the peninsula as there is always a wave to catch, rock fisherman love this area as there is always some where different to fish, adventurous people love this spot as there are fantastic walking paths that take you to remote beaches and scenery. There is always something different to look at when you have a spectacular outlook as 1/6 Birubi Lane does.

The delightful duplex is nicely furnished and features three bedrooms, bathroom with a shower/ bath combination, internal laundry with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, parking for 2 cars but no garage available, if you have more than 2 cars there is a public carpark within eye sight of the property.

Anna Bay also boasts the magical sand dunes which you can ride camels, sand boarding or take the 4WD along the beach (if you have a permit), so much to do and then come back and relax away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present The Verandah, 9 Hanson Avenue Anna Bay for holiday rental. Nestled in a quiet street and only a short 2 minute drive to the beach, beautiful enclosed back yard for children to play and room for a boat.

Features of The Verandah are two storey, four bedroom air conditioned home with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, drive through garage, undercover outdoor area with BBQ and the beautiful ocean breezes that flow through from all aspects. The owners provide child gates on the staircase, a high chair and a cot mattress, which makes this very easy to pack to go away for your next beach holiday.

A quick drive or easy level walk will take you to Birubi Beach, where you can stroll around th erock pools, take a walk along the prestige surf patrolled beach or even if you fancy a coffee or drink there is the Cafe which offers the best views of the area. If the kids are after something a bit more exciting how about the camel rides or sand dune tours – this is all at your finger tips at Anna Bay.

Located a short walk to the best beaches in the area, Relax at Pacific is a lovely three bedroom, air conditioned duplex which is the perfect family getaway. The property provides WIFI, 2 pushbikes and stand up paddle board for guests use. 

This duplex features two separate sitting areas, downstairs provides an open plan design with the comforts of a split system air conditioner located in the lounge/dining and a SMART TV with Netflix. The outdoor undercover entertaining area flows off from the living area, there is a grea BBQ to cook up a storm or a fantastic fully equipped kitchen inside with a dishwasher and Aldi Expressi coffee machine.

Upstairs has ducted air condtioning throughout the three large bedrooms, the main bedroom also has a ceiling fan, walk in robe, ensuite and personal balcony to allow those beautiful sea breezes through.  Bedroom three also provides a balcony and ceiling fan and the second sitting area has the futon bed.  The main bathroom has a nice size bath so the kids can rinse off after the day at the beach. 

There is a great size fully enclosed yard which is perfect for the children to play in, double garage with a spare fridge, stand up paddle board, 2 pushbikes and beach chairs for the guests to use at their own risk.  These owners have taken every comfort into account to make sure your holiday is just perfect.  Anna Bay has the best surf beaches , sand dunes (great for Camel rides), rock fishing and beautiful walks along the beach at Sunset.

Ocean View Anna Bay, 23 Ocean Avenue

Large family home with ocean views where you can hear the waves on the rocks and see the whales go by. This is a very relaxing and peaceful holiday experience.

Only a 50-metre walk to the waters edge where you have swimming pockets, rock fishing, diving and snorkelling, or if you are feeling more active the National Park trail is a fantastic walk along the coastline, this is located right at your fingertips.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the main bathroom with a child size bath, shower and separate toilet, 2nd living area which is perfect for children and internal laundry with a washing machine. The outdoor area has the gas BBQ and a double garage with internal access.

Upstairs has a huge open plan lounge / dining area with ceiling fan and a balcony with water views and gentle ocean breezes flowing through. Birubi Beach House says it all , if you like to surf, fish or play around in the sand dunes this house is perfect for you. 

Tri-level home with a relaxed aatmosphere will cater for all your holiday needs and keep everyone enterained. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with timber vaulted ceilings. Four steps down and you are in the 2nd living area that offers air conditioning and a large screen SMART TV and WIFI which allows you to log into your own Netflix account.   Leading off this living area is the large undercover outdoor alfresco dining area and BBQ cooking facilites – the perfect place to sit back and relax after a big day on the beach and dunes.

Comfortable three bedroom home which is in walking distance to Birubi Beach which is popular for the sand dunes, surf beaches, camel rides or just a relaxing lunch and drink at the cafe.  If you are more into fishing then Argyle Cottage has plenty of room for boats and Anna Bay is the perfect location for rock fishing and beach fishing.

There is an open plan living/ dining / kitchen area with ceiling fans and the kitchen has a large family size fridge and full cooking facilities.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the bathroom has a shower with a child size bath, the laundry is also found in the bathroom and supplies a washing machine.
