The owners also provide child safety gates for the staircase, a highchair and port-a -cot for your convenience.
Outside there is a grass area to the side of the property and a fully enclosed courtyard with a gas Weber BBQ. The property has an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothesline in the single lock up garage.
Fingal Bay is a coastal inlet which has clubs, restaurants, cafes, bottle shop, general store, and a pristine patrolled surf beach. Fingal Island is accessible via Fingal spit on a low tide, you can walk across to the island (taking all caution) to visit Fingal lighthouse and capture the amazing water views on offer. There are also an abundance of bush tracks and a 20-kilometre rocky coastline which is ideal for bush walking, fishing, and exploring.
